Where is the experience located?
Singo Paintball Shop No 92-104, Ground Floor, Wafi Mall, Dubai, UAE. The venue is located directly below VFS Global Center and Dubai Court.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held indoors.
How long does the experience last?
People usually spend 60+ minutes at this experience. You can expect the briefing and prep to last roughly 30 minutes, and the paintball battle to last 30 minutes.
Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase?
Yes, food and beverages are available for purchase at the Reload Cafe.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there will be free parking at the mall.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos or short videos of the experience. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within 20-30 minutes of your scheduled session. If you arrive later, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to race at the time of your scheduled session or with your preferred party.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location.
Is there an age requirement?
This experience is suitable for people aged 12 and above.
To accommodate children between the ages of 6 and 12, the venue offers Gelly Ball guns with low-impact water-based bullets for customers who purchase a private session or book a party. For party bookings, please send an email to info@singopaintball.com or WhatsApp to +971 58 669 35 25.
Is the venue accessible?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be accommodated in an accessible venue. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event will not include strobe lights.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, this venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
TICKETS
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to ability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
